The deposit must be paid by credit card and it must be in the driver's name. We must see the actual card. Payment cannot be taken over the telephone. Payment cannot be taken from a mobile device.

We no longer operate a pre-authorisation facility on deposit payments. We take the £500 deposit at commencement of hire and refund on the day the vehicle is retuned without damage. It can take a few days for the payment to clear your account.

Our terms are that we run empty to empty. The vehicle will have minimal fuel on collection and we do ask that the vehicle is returned the same way. AdBlue is provided and must be topped up in the event of warning lights on dash.

You have a mileage allowance of 150 miles per day or 750 miles per week - mileage above that is charged at 25p per mile plus vat
