You must confirm that you:

  • Have been resident in the UK for min. 1 year.    
  • Have held driving licence min. 2 years. 
  • Are over 25 years old.

You bring with you:

  • Your clean current UK licence both parts if new and must be original not copy.     
  • A second photograph identity ideally your Passport.     
  • A recent utility bill showing same address as licence dated within 3 months.     
  • A £100 refundable deposit which must be paid on a credit card.     
  • A £X payment for the hire which can be paid by credit card,cash or cheque with cheque guarantee card.     

Be aware:

  • It is our policy to photograph all hirers.     
  • Additional drivers: £10.00 - not authorised on a 1 day hire.     
  • ONLY the person who has completed the hire agreement form is insured to drive.

  • A copy of your companies own fully comprehensive insurance covernote.
  • A copy of our insurance indemnity document completed and signed by you.
