You must confirm that you:

• Have been resident in the UK for min 1 year.
• Have held driving licence min 2 years.
• Are over 25 years old.

You bring with you:

• Your clean current UK licence both parts if new and must be original not copy.
• A second photograph identity ideally your Passport.
• A recent utility bill showing same address as licence dated within 3 months.
• A £100 refundable deposit which must be paid on a credit card.
• An X payment for the hire which can be paid by credit card,cash or cheque with cheque guarantee card.

Be aware:

• It is our policy to photograph all hirers.
• Additional drivers: not authorised on a 1 day hire.
• ONLY the person who has completed the hire agreement form is insured to drive.

1. You must provide fully comprehensive insurance cover.
2. You bring with you (Unless we hold these on file):
   
   A copy of your companies own fully comprehensive insurance covernote.
   A copy of our insurance indemnity document completed and signed by you.
   A sample copy of your companies headed paper.
